OK, it's not ingres-specific, but ingres people seem to do a lot of this
SQL stuff.. ;-)

Every day oreilly offers a $10 e-book for download. Today it's

"SQL and Relational Theory - How to Write Accurate SQL Code"

By C. J. Date

Thought that some people here might be interested. I have no affiliation
with oreilly, or CJ Date.

That might be an even better deal that it looks, because it
incorporates much/most/all of the material from his earlier book
"Database in Depth" too. (Think of these books as a lighter, more
approachable version of his classic "Database Systems".)
