Default Migration tools from oracle-->Ingres

Please help us with answers to below quesitons.

1. Is there any other migration tool for Ingres which can migrate table structure, procedures, functions, queries?

2. What is the best approach for migrating Oracle database that has good amount of tables and code to Ingres.

Default scripts

Lipika:

I have some unix scripts that can do some of the ddl conversion for you. I created them, because I too had an Oracle database w/ alot of tables. They are not all-encompassing, but they are something that you should be able to work with.

I'm going to try my best to post these on the community early next week; tomorrow is a US holiday. I have to package them up a bit.

If your queries are written with ansi standard conventions (outer join verbiage versus oracle + verbiage for example), then there's a good chance many of your queries will work as is.
