Hi Gracia,
OpenROAD 4.1 is drop support may i suggest you to migrate near OpenROAD 2006 because
OpenROAD 2006 SP 1 has completed certification with Windows 7 as of 29-Jan-10.
and NOT the case for OR 4.1
