Ingres Experience
I have held many positions since joining Ingres in 1992: Documentation Coordinator, Support Engineer, MIS Manager, OpenROAD Level 2 Support Manager, Software Engineer, and now OpenROAD Product Manager.
Open Source Tools
Besides OpenROAD, my new favorite open source tool is KompoZer, a lightweight WYSIWYG web authoring tool. When I'm not hunting for the rare OpenROAD bug, I enjoy digital photography, and KompoZer enabled me to completely rewrite my photography website in about a week.
Bio
I was born in Los Angeles and moved to the Bay Area in 1983 to attend UC Berkeley, where I earned a B.A. in Women’s Studies and Asian Studies. I subsequently earned an MBA from Golden Gate University in 2001. I also hold a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
