Biography
[[Image:<LoginName>.jpg|left]]
I started working with Ingres in 1987 as an application developer (writing apps in embedded QUEL with Fortran, ABF, and FRS) on VMS morphing into a part-time DBA as our Ingres installations didn't require a lot of DBA attention before moving on to real-time programming.
In 1993, I moved to the Bay Area to work for Ingres. I've held a variety of roles at Ingres through the years from Sustaining Engineering to Development to my current position managing the Connectivity Development and Sustaining Engineering teams.
Of the court, tennis and reading are my passions. I captain and co-captain several USTA Tennis teams making for a very busy schedule when not working as Tennis League participation in Northern California is pretty much a year round event.
